Refund and Returns Policy

All products purchased from PEHNO can be exchanged within 3 days only if:

  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product
  • The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • Wrong item(s) is sent by us.
  • The item(s) size sent by us is wrong.

The number of products matters a lot in this exchange matter. For example, the product can be considered for size exchange if new, but if you bought 2 or more articles and want an exchange of size for all, then we won’t exchange it.

NOTE: Sale Items are not exchanged and returned.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is used, damaged, washed or tampered.
  • Customer changes his mind for whatever reason or does not like the color.
  • The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc., and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on the screen; therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to info@pehnoshop.com or WhatsApp us at +92 317 5159551, in case you want to raise a dispute. At PEHNO, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@pehnoshop.com or WhatsApp us at +92 317 5159551, within 3 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return & Exchange Policy’ will apply. PEHNO may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
